It is with regret that we inform our guests of our closure of The Dawkins House Bed & Breakfast.  We want to extend a sincere appreciation and "thank you" to all of you who have brought great joy and friendship to our lives over the past eight years.

As many of you know, we are preparing to sell our properties in the South Overton area.  The Dawkins House (property) will be for sale in near future, as well as homes located at 2313 16th St. and 2314 17th St.  If you or someone you know is interested, please contact us.

The Dawkins House is located at 2315 16th Street and nestled in the heart of Lubbock's South Overton National Historic District.   This American Foursquare/ Craftsman style home once served as the College Club House for Texas Tech during the 1930's and later became the home of David and Muriel Dawkins.
